welcome to the Bridges website

“Bridges works to connect and strengthen individuals, families and communities.  At the same time we address challenges facing our communities. In particular we work to prevent and reduce harm related to alcohol and other drug use.”

New Website coming to reflect name change

This has been the website for the Bridges strategy - the project and community work arm of what was called Blacktown Alcohol and other Drugs Family Services.  As this strategy has been integrated into the organisation and BADFS is now called Bridges this site will be undergoing a major overhaul.  The new site will reflect our counselling, community work and our focus on building stronger networks with people and organisations.

We will be keeping the bulk of the information the same, but will be making things easier to find, will be adding new features and give the website a fresh and contemporary feel.

We will be integrating the information from the old Blacktown Alcohol and other Drugs Family Services website into the new Bridges website as well as that will be phased out.
